Your plan renews automatically at its regular price. First-term discounts and the free domain apply to your first term only. We remind you by email 6 weeks before your term ends.

Cancel in your account, under Plan & Billing, at least 1 month before your term ends. Consumers in Germany and the Netherlands renew month to month after their first term and can then cancel any time with 1 month’s notice.

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or change your term, and add, cancel or undo add-ons, all in Plan & Billing. You don’t need to contact support.

The Free plan is your trial: no time limit and no credit card. If you buy a paid plan as a consumer and a right to withdrawal exists in your country, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. Many tools show prices without VAT, so check before you compare.

Add-ons are billed with your plan, on the same term, and renew with it. Each add-on ends when you cancel it.

No. Jimdo takes 0% commission on sales, bookings and payment links, on every plan. When a client pays online with JimdoPay, a payment processing fee per transaction applies, charged by Jimdo: see processing fees.

Your first domain is free for your first term on any paid plan, then €26 a year. It stays yours: you can transfer it out any time.
